Returns

Returns accepted within 30 days. After 30 days we will no longer be able to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

To be eligible for a return you must first contact us here or directly at info@thirdearthcantina.com to notify us that you want to initiate a return or exchange.

Your item must be returned in original packaging and in new condition. Exceptions to this rule apply if the factory sealed product contained damaged or missing parts upon receipt. In which case we will require photographic proof within 72 hours of delivery confirmation be sent to info@thirdearthcantina.com.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts upon return


Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
Contact your credit card company or bank to check on their policies.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us here or directly at info@thirdearthcantina.com for assistance.

Sale items (if applicable) 
Items purchased at sale cost will be refunded at the same price as purchased.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or factory damaged, and if we still have the product in stock. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us here or send us an email directly at info@thirdearthcantina.com.

A return/exchange verification e-mail will be sent to you with instructions on where to mail the item.

Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
